The Corporation de gestion et de promotion du Parc Industriel d’Acton Vale (CGPPIAV) provides developers and entrepreneurs with industrial properties that include all the essential services— at a very competitive price. Many of our sites are also available for purchase, and all of our buildings are eligible for property tax credits over three years.
The industrial park is ideally located for transportation purposes. It offers, among other advantages, direct access to Routes 116 and 139. The town of Acton Vale itself is also strategically situated: Drummondville, Granby, and St-Hyacinthe are only 30 minutes away, and large urban centers like Montreal and Sherbrooke aren’t much further. Our park is close to Highways 20, 10 and 55.
D’Acton Vale has a long history as an industrial town, so it has a versatile and multi-skilled workforce at its disposal. Industrial relations here have been stable for many decades, and conflicts between unions and management have been few and far between; employees are extremely loyal to their employers.
